(More customer reviews)The guides are not fail-safe, and when using a tool this aggresive, you need fail-safe.When using the system on floor tile, the guide tends to wander out of the grout groove, especially where four tile corners meet and aren't exactly true.I don't know how this system could be improved upon, but the risk of cutting into the tile just made me too nervous to continue using it.Also, as the bits wear -- which they do quickly -- the tendency to wander worsens.
