(More customer reviews)I strongly recommend RotoZip! First, it spins REALLY fast, which means precise cutting. But as the manual says, make sure you use two hands. I can surgically cut away any opening (at any depth) in drywall, but where it shines is in its metal cutting. For example, you can engrave numbers or your name in large objects (such as other tools and equipment in case they're stolen and taken to the local pawn shop), you can slice through nails as easily as cutting cardboard, but I also found it handy to cut behind or underneath trim. I needed 1/4" removed from a piece of trim to make a new vanity fit in my bathroom and with with the extended disc, I was able to remove it without touching the wall or the floor. That's a lot easier than removing the trim and reinstalling it. This DR-1 version has both speed and torque, so make sure you know your cutting plan before you start. I bought mine on sale for half this price.

PS: Previous reviewer must be talking about another tool, because this RotoZip DR1 is seriously good in every way.
