(More customer reviews)The older version of the Bosch 4-inch hole saw, the PC4, shipped with a hex shank that snapped into the Bosch mandrel. The new saw, the HB400,does not ship with a hex shank, and Amazon does not seem to sell a shank separately. Moreover, I have not been able to remove the hex shank from any other Bosch hole saws. Bad design and poor documentation are hurting an otherwise useful product.
