(More customer reviews)This is a factory reconditioned drill. As such, it has some minor visual wear. However it works like new. Very powerful and the batteries last a long time. I replaced an old Ni-cad drill with this Li-poly drill. This drill is much lighter and has the same power as the big old drill. I could not be more pleased.
